On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2:00 p.m.

Upon departure, we ask guests to vacate the apartments and rooms by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The accommodation contract can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. Otherwise you will incur costs as follows: 

• up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
• in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price

We therefore recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance. Because if something comes up at short notice, e.g. an acute illness, you will not incur any costs for cancellation or early return home, late arrival or involuntary holiday extension.

Search and rescue costs are also included, so you can go hiking or skiing with peace of mind and enjoy your vacation.

The insurance only costs 5% of the arrangement price.
